To Move Buttons or Menus follow easy steps.

1. Start PowerPoint
2. Click on Tools then Customize.
3. Next Click and drag the menu or button you want to move to the toolbar you want to move it to and release.

 

To Remove a command button follow these easy steps.

1. Click on Tools then Customize.
2. Click and Drag the Menu or button down until you see the X next to the cursor.  Then release the mouse button.  The menu or button is now deleted.

 

To remove a command bar follow these steps.

1. Click on Tools then Customize.
2. Click on the Toolbars tab.
3. Highlight the toolbar you wish to delete in the list and Click on Delete.
