Everytime you apply a pptXTREME SoftShadow with the option 'Save Original' checked, there is an additional object saved with your presentation. This object is hidden from view. If you have done this to alot of pictures, there may be alot of unnecessary images causing your .ppt file to get quite large.
Use the Cleanup Original Tool to manage these hidden objects.

Previous and Next Original: |
Use the previous and next original buttons to scroll through your file looking for the hidden shapes. When one is found, it is selected in PowerPoint and a preview is show in the preview box. |
Revert to Original: |
Clicking Revert to Original will revert the currently selected shape. See this for more information.
Delete Original: |
Clicking Delete Original will delete the original shape. The object with the shadow will still be there, but can no longer be reverted. |
Revert ALL to Originals: |
Will go through your ENTIRE presentation. And will revert ALL shadowed objects to their originals (provided they have originals saved). |
Delete ALL Originals: |
Will go through your ENTIRE presentation. And will delete ALL Original objects. After performing this function, you will not be able to revert any shadowed in that presentation, therefore any text will no longer be editable.
If Scan for ONLY Pictures is selected, Delete ALL Originals will Delete ALL Original objects that are Pictures, and leave alone all other shape types. This is useful because leaving alot of Picture Originals in your presentation may cause your file to bee quite large. Delete all Picture Originals and keep the originals that can be edited later. |
Scan for ONLY Pictures |
When checked, the software will look only for original shapes that are pictures. This will work not only for Next and Previous, but also for Delete All. Check this box and the Delete ALL Originals button becomes Delete ALL Original Pictures.
Revert ALL to Originals becomes Revert ALL Original NON-Pictures with this box selected. Now you can revert everything that can be edited so you can give the file back to a client that may not have pptXTREME SoftShadow. You could always recommend they buy a copy of pptXTREME SoftShadow to avoid this problem altogether. |
