1. While working on a slide in Normal View press Add Note


2. Add Note will create a new text box containing the text "pptXTREME Note" with the characters already selected.

Type in your note: EXAMPLE "Move this slide to the end and re-order alphabetically"



The Notes text box is pre-formatted to attract attention with a dark gradiated fill and a bright font color.


3. pptXTREME's Notes tool allows you to Hide and Show Notes you have added with a single click. Which makes content reviews of files efficient and productive.

4. Make any text box into a hideable note by clicking pptXTREME > moreEdit > Notes > Convert to Note


EXAMPLE: Some users will add notes to themselves outside the boundaries of a slide. By clicking Convert to Note you can place the other user's note in a more visible location and simply hide it for reviews and during a Slide Show.




5. Create your own Notes format by taking an existing, formatted text box and clicking pptXTREME > moreEdit > Notes > Set Notes Format. All Notes created from that point forward will take on the chosen formatting; including font color, fill color and text box size and placement.


6. To return to the pptXTREME default Notes style just click pptXTREME > moreEdit > Notes > Set Default Format
