To organize your library show the Organize Window by clicking on Organizer from the pptXTREME > Effects Library pull-down menu or clicking the  button from the toolbar.

 

Here you can change the order they show up in the Apply and Replace menus, as well as cut, copy, paste, delete and rename both categories and effects.  Create new categories and effects.  Create a new library, save a library to a new name and open a library.
