Size, Position and Format Painter

pptXTREME's Size, Position and Format Painter is a useful set of tools that allow the user to 'pick-up' information from an object and apply that information to another (or the same) object.

  1. With one oject selected, click on the  Pick-Up Size and Position tool. This will store in memory (not in the clipboard) the exact size and position of the current object. 
  2. Select an object (or objects) whose size and position you want to match the to the first, and click on  Apply Size and Position. 

The next two buttons( ) will do the same as the previous, but will add format and stype to the list of properties it 'picks-up' and 'applies.' Some of the parameters pptXTREME will use are:

  • Fill type 
  • Fill Color 
  • Shadow Settings 
  • Outline Color 
  • Outline Size 
  • 3D Settings 
  • Font 
  • Font Color 
  • Font Size 
  • Line Spacing 
  • Paragraph Spacing 
  • Text Anchor Point

  • and Many More

No more trial and error to get those sub-headers that repeat on subsequent slides to match, just pick-up the settings from the first slide, and apply them to the headers on the subsequent slides.
