To use the ColorPicker Add-in follow these steps:

1. Select the object or slide that you wish to pick the color for.
    
2. From the pull-down menus select pptXTREME > ColorPicker > Pick [variable] Color, where variable is the setting you would like to change.  
    
3. You will see the ColorPicker window in the lower left of the screen.  Then next time you click the mouse, the color will be set and the ColorPicker window will desappear.  You can press the ESCAPE key to exit the form and not select a color.

Also there will be a shortcut when you Right-Click on a Slide to Pick the Background color.
