pptXTREME should be uninstalled from within PowerPoint BEFORE using Add/Remove Programs in the control panel.  The reason for this is we need to be 'in PowerPoint' to remove the buttons and toolbars.

By going directly to Add/Remove programs, the program IS uninstalled and not running at all.  However the buttons and toolbars are still left over (although they will not do anything).  To get rid of the buttons and toolbars you have 2 options.

• Option #1:
Reinstall the pptXTREME product and follow the uninstall instructions in the FAQ.  Pay specific attention to steps 2 & 3.
