Unable to register/unlock my software

Problem:

You are unable to unlock your software with the registration code sent to you upon purchase.

Solution:

Without exception (so far) every time this situation has been reported it has been one of the two following issues:

1. Ensure you are registering the correct product and version.  pptXTREME has many products and often times the problem is trying to enter a registration code from one product into the registration form from another product.  Check your version by selecting About from the product pull-down menus.

Please ensure the product name in the title bar of the form (example below) matches the order email, "License code for pptXTREME Import/Export for PowerPoint."


         


2. Ensure you are using the correct registration name and registration code sent to you by email.  The code is 'married' to the name you used to register it, and IS case sensitive, so please copy and paste the name and registration code from the email to ensure they are  mathed exactly.

If this does not solve your issue, please do a screen capture of the registration form with your details filled in, and another screen capture of the error message(s) you may received after clicking OK.
